Objectives:

1. To create a congenial working and learning environment which is free of sexual harassment or gender based discrimination for all women employees and students.
2. To create a better society by empowering women.
3. To encourage participation of girl students in various activities thus overall development of the girl students in the campus.

Jayasree Arts and Science College Women Development Cell has been set up in accordance with the directives of Honorable Court of India and UGC to ensure safety, security and dignity of women at work place and campus. This is best achieved through promoting gender sensitivity and justice among all staffs and students in the campus.
